  Scriptural proof of a paradise earth? Psalms 72:7; Isaiah 33:24

  a very close person i know is trying to show biblical proof that there are two classes, one in heaven and the other on a paradise earth, i think i have the celestial class 144000 covered.

  i was given these two scriptures as proof that there will be everlasting life on earth.. psalms 72:7 - in his days may the righteous flourish, and abundance of peace till the moon is no more.. isaiah 33:24 - and no resident will say, "i am sick"; the people who dwell there will be forgiven their iniquity.. would anyone have any brackground on these two scriptures and what they really apply to?.

  is there any scriptural proof that the word elder in the ot and nt can refer to people of any age that have a duty of responsibility.

  i believe it only refers to people of old age with wisdom but the insight book is trying to say otherwise, their scriptures quoted do not really point out to any real evidence.. .

  regarding his book, what bart is trying to explain about the apocalypse views of prophets (book of daniel's visions and other books that didnt make it into the bible) that john''s account of revelations is something that was written to occur in his time during neo ceasars reign, he''s understanding of the number of the beast, that 666 in hebrew numbering (which was used in that time) adds to ceasar nero, but not according to this web site, its 616 or 700. http://www.hol.com/~mikesch/666.htm.

  hi everybody,.

  bought gods problem by bart ehrman's, firs book i have read from this author, he makes some interesting points about suffering(biblical vs the real world), jews view on jesus etc, and that he does not believe in the ot or nt but he does not consider himself to be an atheist.
